Appearance:
Black oil 2-layer PCB film printing causes: the ink is dry, the pumping pressure is too high, and the film is easy to stick to ink.
1. Pre-baking for 40 minutes on one side is enough. Please check the actual temperature and exhaust effect of the oven. The temperature should be around 75°C, and the ventilation should be around 4 cubic meters per minute. After the ink has been prebaked, it is allowed to cool to ambient temperature. Pinch it with your fingers until it doesn't stick.
2. When setting up the aerator, the suction pressure should not be too high, and the pressure should be reduced in the areas of large copper surfaces and large substrates.
3. Keep the film clean. If ink remains, remove it immediately. Otherwise it will become stickier. Plus, the non-stick ink can be replaced, reducing film printing.
